MULTI-DIMENSIONAL MOVEMENT

Attune to your body, beginning with breath, and the foundational principles for optimal movement from the ground-up and through your core and spine, to gait cycle (running, throwing, sports, dance, etc.) and into rhythm and refinement.

Understand how movement is a PILLAR for health, interweaving with the health of your organ & glandular systems, anatomy & physiology, and psycho-emotional wellbeing.

Movement is a vital pillar to your hydration, nourishment, healing, upgrading.

Building upon the Intro Work-Shop, we’ll be further exploring gait cycle: throwing, swinging, dancing, walking, jumping, etc through RHYTHM.

Rhythm is foundational to health & coherence (Circadian Rhythms, Seasonal Rhythms, From Breath to the Heart Beat to Digestion)... and as you begin to understand movement through rotation, the next addition is to rotate with fluidity.
