Synergy is for the person ready to heal. To heal is to change yourself for the better, often through a series of processes that require you to dis-identify and disengage from the parts of you that must be let go of for you to become more alive.
You will be changing the parts of you that need the most attention for your growth and advancement towards true fulfillment.
By dis-identifying and disengaging with the parts of you that must be let go of for your health, the myriad of frequencies of you become more coherent.
You and Ana will create and fine tune your health and lifestyle protocols in accordance with your right next step. Your right next step processes will open up the most possibilities for your growth, advancement, and aliveness.
No right next step is too small; each choice you make will lead to your equilibrium and right relation with life, or reinforce a compensatory, maladaptive pattern away from aliveness.
In Synergy, you will learn the principles to healing, growing, and advancing yourself, which can be applied to every area of your life, including your health, finances, relationships, and work.

The Outline for your Weekly, Individual 75-Minute Sessions:
Week 1 & 2: Create an individualized health & lifestyle plan for you, which includes:
Changing and optimizing your environment, including your relationships, home, and work environments
Creating your daily routines to support your aliveness
Developing a healthier relationship to Earth
Protocols for health issues
Optimizing your sleep-wake and rest cycles
Additional health protocols to accompany your internal changes
Week 3: Add to and adjust your health protocols in such a way that move forward into greater health and wholeness.
Week 4: Learn how to recognize where you have participated in cycles of conflict, so you can disentangle yourself from detrimentally looping in victim-rescuer-perpetrator dynamics.
Weeks 5 & 6: Fine-tune your health protocols and daily routines, which may include adding in detox protocols, supplements, herbs, meditation, and additional healing techniques, such as Acupuncture and ROLFing recommendations.
Week 7, 8, & 9: You will learn principles for how to study the symptoms you are experiencing as gateways to deeper healing processes. You will learn principles for how to support your body, mind, heart, and subtle body systems to better work together in synergy.
Week 10 & 11: We will continue to address imbalances in your body, mind, heart, and subtle body systems. This may include disengaging and dis-identifying from the upstream causes that keep you looping in maladaptive patterns.
Week 12: You will be learning how to take the principles of the ceaseless forces of the Source of life that restore balance to all, and how to apply them to unwinding back to your optimal self.
The Practicals
Synergy is 100% online. During our 12-weeks together, we will meet as a group for 60 minutes. You will also meet with Ana, 1:1 for 75 minutes per week at a scheduled time that works best for both of you.

This 12-week container will begin Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, and end May 13th.

The group class will meet every week for 60 minutes. The exact day and time is to be announced.

Each participant will meet with Ana for 75 minutes per week. Individual sessions are scheduled at a day and time that works best for both of you before the program starts. If you need to reschedule the allotted time, four day’s notice is required. 1-1 sessions do not roll over. If you need to reschedule, Ana can only guarantee different day/time for that week’s session with a four day notice.
